Due to the personal nature of some of my products, and the fact that many are one of a kind - I have decided to have an all encompassing policy of no returns unless goods are faulty or not as described.
All childrens clothing comes with measurements provided. I am more than happy for customers to cancel their orders (before they've been posted) if they check their childs measurements and find that the item they've selected won't fit. If you've gone through with the payment but are unsure about measurements, please just send me an email (as I do try to post paid parcels as soon as I can) to let me know you're checking measurements and to hold your parcel till you've checked.
