Due to the personal nature of some of my products, and the fact that many are one of a kind (and therefore, cannot be exchanged for another similar item)- I have an all encompassing policy of no returns unless goods are faulty or not as described.
All childrens clothing comes with measurements provided, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me.
I offer a 3 month warranty on all seams sewn.
Payment is required within 3 days of your purchase unless arranged otherwise. If there is no communication or payment, your order will be cancelled and items returned to stock.
LAYBY is available with certain conditions. A 10% deposit is required, fortnightly payments must be made, and payment must be finalised within 2 calender months of the purchase date. If layby is not completed, the weekly payments made will be refunded, but the original deposit will not.
